Wyndbourne is the perfect spot for those seeking a glimpse
of an earlier, simpler time and the tranquility of a bucolic setting. In keeping with the age of our home, we have
kept it deliberately no-tech. You will not find in-room telephones, TVs, wireless access or anything much
in the way of external entertainment. There is cable TV in our keeping room and a fairly broad selection of VCRs
and DVDs to occupy our long northeast winter evenings. Ours is not an ideal location for children or young adults
easily given to boredom. It's great, though, for both the young and less young who may be fascinated with
art and have a reverence for things old. We have lots of both!
Nancy Caparulo, breakfast cook and primary
Innkeeper has had a life-long interest in the cuisines of many cultures. A former caterer and administrative assistant,
she made costume change into a cook's apron with relative ease. Among her current passions is the growing movement
toward locally sustainable agriculture and organic food production. Your breakfast may include free-range and hormone/antibiotic-free
eggs, bacon or sausage from grass pastured animals, granola home-made with organic ingredients, vegetables
from Wyndbourne's large organic garden and apples from 200 year-old trees on the old farm property. Several pots
are pressed into service to provide your bottomless cup with a brew from fair trade, freshly ground coffee beans. Our guests
always comment on the coffee we serve. You may wish to explore the possibility of your own monthly, fresh coffee delivery
from our source, Ahrre's Coffee Roastery.

| Artist's Studio at Wyndbourne |
Co-Innkeeper
and award-winning artist, Ralph Caparulo, welcomes guest visits to his studio on the Wyndbourne property.
The studio is a fascinating mix of industrial machinery, found objects, library [you'll begin to sense a theme here] and
works in progress. Constructivist sculptures, collages, turned wooden ware and novelty villages are offered for sale.
With prior notice, guests may take a watercolor or drawing class in the studio - or learn to use a wood lathe.
